Ingredients
  1. 2 Medium Cucumbers - Finely Grated
  2. 2/3 Cup Crushed Peanuts - Unsalted
  3. 1.25 Cups Fresh Plain Yogurt
  4. 1 Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
  5. 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  6. 4 Curry Leaves
  7. 1 Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
  8. 1 Teaspoon Ghee
  9. 1-2 Chillies Chopped
  10. Salt as required
  11. Cilantrro Chopped
Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumbers and take the skin out. Grate them with grater. Squeeze all the water out from the grated cucumber.
  2. Then add crushed, unsalted peanuts and fresh, plain yogurt in the grated cucumber in one glass bowl.
  3. In small pan, put ghee and let it melt. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
  4. As the seeds pop up, then add hing. Stir well.
  5. Add this mixture in the cucumber mixture.
  6. Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator.
  7. At the time of serving, add salt and cilantro and then serve it.
Notes
  1. Good for Summer, and Autumn.
  2. Good for Vata and Pitta
  3. Increases Kapha
