Western Nighantu exclusively deals with western plants that hail from the areas of the Americas and Europe respectively. Traditional western herbalism and Ayurvedic pharmacology will be compared and studied through 15+ different herbs. More specifically, the botanical description, household preparation, habitat, and chemical composition of each herb will be closely explored. Western Nighantu can take Ayurvedic practitioners/students one step further, and hopefully encourage them to continually broaden their herbal horizons, so they may continue to enhance their Ayurvedic wisdom.
